 The Other Room: Redefining Women & Work is a fun and engaging weekly show, where the host Oreoluwa Lesi speaks to women in different career paths. The show is packaged in 12-week seasons.

The Other Room shines a light on the untold stories of women and work. Host Oreoluwa Lesi speaks with exceptional African women about their career paths towards finding work that fills them with purpose and brings them joy.

We will look at their career trajectory, the challenges they have had along the way and the things they have learnt on the path to where they are now.

Oreoluwa draws on her 19-year career and 12 years running a nonprofit organisation focused on equipping girls and young women with the skills and confidence to prepare for and embark on fulfilling careers in STEM or other fields, if that is where they discover their interest lies.
